1. I am new and I am not sure my work falls under which form of intellectual property protection.
There are a few options you may choose in deciding which form of intellectual property protection your work falls under. You may first go through our page, Intellectual Property Malaysia, whereby we had elaborated the basic forms of protection. After going through it and if you are still not sure, you may contact us and meet with one of our agents.
2. How do I get a quotation for your services?
You must first prepare the subject matter that you intend to protect. For example, a logo or a mark for the application for a trade mark. If you are not sure which category your work falls under, you may refer to this page for more information or call one of our agents to meet with us directly. Send us your work together with your contact details and we shall prepare the quotation and send it to you.
3. What contact details must I provide in order to get a quotation?
We require your basic information and they are as follows:
- Contact Name / Company Name;
- Address;
- Telephone number;
- Fascimile number;
- E-mail; and
- Name of the person in charge.
4. Do you provide service for international application and local application for overseas companies?
Yes. We provide services for both local and overseas.
5. What currency are you using?
All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit currency (MYR).
6. How do I pay?
There are two ways you can make the payment :
